Cancellation policy.

At Executive Tutoring, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring the need to reschedule or cancel tutoring sessions. To ensure a fair and efficient process, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

  1. Cancellation Window: A full refund will be provided only if you have notified us of any session cancellations or rescheduling requests via email at admin@executivetutoring.com.au at least 24 hours prior to lesson commencement. All cancellations made within this 24 hour window will incur the full cost of the lesson and will not be entitled to a refund.

  2. No-Show Policy: If a student fails to be present upon arrival of their tutor, there will be no refund available.

  3. Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies may occur. In such cases, please contact us via email at admin@executivetutoring.com.au as soon as possible to discuss and make necessary arrangements.
